Delivery
Almost all new items are entitled for Free Delivery. Please check the delivery charges in the respective individual item post. Only items stated with "Free Delivery via Poslaju" are entitled for free delivery.
For items
WITHOUT "Free Delivery via Poslaju", the following standard
Poslaju charges still apply:
Peninsular
Malaysia: RM6 flat rate
Sabah &
Sarawak: RM9 flat rate
However, combined
orders of Free Delivery Items AND Non Free Delivery Items are also entitled
for Free Delivery.
We no longer
deliver outside Malaysia.
Return and
Exchange
If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us based on the
following terms:
1. Returned
items must reach us within 7 days from the date we deliver to you;
2. You must
return via Poslaju or any other courier service only. We do no accept returns
via normal mail or even Pos Ekspres.
Both the
return charges and the redelivery charges (of the 2nd item) shall be borne by
you. However, if the return is due to defect item, all these charges will be
borne by us.
You are
encouraged to check with us should you have any doubts in choosing your
sizes.
